Our inspirationWhen our kids were babies, we quickly learned that parenting comes with a lot of expensive gear — and the Snoo was at the top of that list. So when one broke down, we rolled up our sleeves and figured it out ourselves. Turns out, most Snoo problems are very fixable if you know what you're doing.
That experience stuck with us. We couldn't stand the idea of a $1,800 bassinet ending up in a landfill because of a motor bearing or a blown speaker — especially when there are so many Chicago families who could use a second-hand Snoo if it were in good working order. So we turned that hands-on know-how into something more: a proper local service that parents can actually trust.
