1-year SnooRenew warranty

Every refurbished SNOO is backed by a full one-year SnooRenew warranty. We guarantee the unit, and if it needs a repair within a year of purchase, we take care of it, so you can rest easy (and so can your baby).

What's not covered: The warranty covers repairs needed due to normal use and mechanical or electrical faults. It does not cover accidental damage (drops, spills, or liquid damage), misuse, damage from repairs or modifications by anyone other than SnooRenew, cosmetic wear such as scratches or fabric staining, or damage from fire, theft, or other events outside our control. Contact us if you're unsure whether something is covered.
