What's included in a deep clean?
We separate the netting from the interior of the base and spot treat any stains or spit-up on the netting. The rest of the Snoo, the base and interior, is thoroughly vacuumed and disinfected.
What's the difference with an Extreme deep clean?
An Extreme deep clean includes everything in our standard deep clean, plus the netting is fully removed rather than spot treated. We soak it, handwash it, and stain treat it before reinstalling it on your Snoo. It's the best option for tougher or older stains.
Why is it cheaper to add a deep clean to a repair?
Since your Snoo is already with us being repaired, we can clean it at the same time for less — $50 instead of the standalone $120 price.
Do I need a repair to get a deep clean?
No. If your Snoo is working fine and just needs freshening up, we offer deep cleaning on its own for $120, or $150 for the Extreme version.
Is deep cleaning a good idea for a used or hand-me-down Snoo?
Yes — it's one of the most popular reasons parents book this service, especially for a Snoo passed down from a friend or bought secondhand. If the netting has noticeable staining, the Extreme deep clean is usually worth the extra cost.
