What does the diagnosis include?
A full inspection of the motor, bearings, O-ring, speaker, and electronics, so we can tell you exactly what's wrong and what it'll cost to fix.
How much does a diagnosis cost?
A flat $199, whether the fix ends up being simple or more involved. If you choose to move forward with a repair, the diagnosis fee will be applied toward your repair cost.
Will I have to pay more once you know what's wrong?
You'll get a clear quote for the repair before we do any work. You're never charged for a repair without approving it first.
How long does a diagnosis take?
Usually 1–2 business days from when we receive your Snoo.
