My Snoo won't turn on, or the app won't connect — is that an electronic issue?
Possibly. Power and connectivity problems can stem from several different causes, from a damaged cord to an internal circuit board fault. We'll diagnose the exact cause before quoting a repair.
How much does this cost?
Pricing varies depending on what's actually wrong, since electronic faults range from a simple fix to a full board replacement. We always diagnose and quote a price before doing any repair, so there are no surprises.
Do I have to pay for the diagnosis even if I don't go ahead with the repair?
Our standard diagnosis fee is $199 and it is non-refundable. If you do move forward with the repair, the diagnosis fee will be applied toward the total cost. We will always discuss options with you - sometimes there are multiple directions we can go to get your Snoo back in shape.
Is a refurbished Snoo from you less likely to have electronic issues?
Every refurbished Snoo we sell is fully tested, including its electronics, and deep cleaned before it goes to a new home, and it's backed by our 1-year warranty.
