Why did my Snoo stop rocking?
When the motion stops completely, or only works some of the time, it could be motor that drives the bassinet's movement. Motors are mechanical parts that can wear out or fail, especially in units with heavy nightly use.
How much does Snoo motor replacement cost?
Motor replacement is a flat $349, covering the replacement motor unit and labor.
Is this different from a bearing or O-ring issue?
Yes. But they are sometimes hard to differentiate from each other. Both cause similar issues in the Snoo's movement. If you're not sure which one you're dealing with, our $199 diagnosis service will identify it before any repair is approved, and the diagnosis fee can be applied towards the motor replacement cost.
