Why does my Snoo feel jerky or squeaky?
The O-ring is a small rubber band-like part inside the base that helps create the Snoo's smooth, gentle rocking motion. Over months of nightly use, it stretches and wears down or breaks completely, which can make the motion feel jerky, bumpy, or squeaky instead of smooth.
How much does O-ring replacement cost?
O-ring replacement is a flat $199, which covers the part and labor. It's one of our most common repairs and usually quick to turn around.
How long does this repair take?
Most O-ring replacements are completed within 1–2 business days of us receiving your Snoo.
Is this covered under warranty if I bought a refurbished Snoo from you?
Yes. If you purchased a refurbished SNOO from us, O-ring wear is covered under our 1-year warranty at no extra charge.
